Developer Grinding Gear Games announced that the new 3.17 expansion of Path of Exile has been postponed until February 2022, and the Scourge League has been extended. In order to better meet Path of Exile 3.17, players can buy some POE Currency online in advance.

Path of Exile's new 3.17 endgame update will not be released in January as originally planned. Developers say that the extension has been delayed for at least two weeks and is now scheduled to be released in February 2022. This also means that the current Scourge League has been extended, and players can continue to experience Scourge's story content and collect as many POE Chaos Orb as possible.

Path of Exile 3.17 is what players are looking forward to, and some major changes have been made, including the deletion of Prophecy League and the full completion of a large-scale overhaul of the endgame Atlas system launched in 3.16.

The original words of Grinding Gear Games are: as we end 2021, we want you to understand what will happen to Path of Exile’s next large-scale expansion in early 2022. We currently expect to launch the 3.17 expansion pack in early February. This means that the Scourge League will be extended for at least two weeks. As usual, our live broadcast announcement will be made about a week before the release of the expansion. Of course, we will make sure to provide viewers with some POE Currency.
