Following the release of Expedition, the number of Path of Exile players has decreased

Players will be able to find Expedition Vendor Refresh Currencies more frequently, according to Wilson, and flask immunity will be buffed.

Normally, the launch of a new League would result in a significant increase in the number of players in Path of Exile. According to a chart created by a Reddit user, player numbers for the Expedition expansion dropped by nearly 25% when compared to the Ultimatum expansion, which was released in April. The decrease in player numbers can be attributed in large part to the widely unpopular changes implemented in the most recent expansion.

CEO Chris Wilson of Grinding Gear Games also commented on the significant drop in a separate Reddit post, stating that the company was prepared for whatever might happen.”To be completely transparent, the number is that 23% fewer players joined us at launch compared to our all-time record, and this is something we were fully anticipating,” he said.”In addition to the normal variation between releases, we fully understand that Path of Exile underwent a significant amount of change in version 3.15, which is unsettling to some players.”

As well, Wilson acknowledged that the changes to the mana cost of Support Gems were "too drastic," and that they will be addressed in a future patch poe orbs. The mana cost multipliers are being reviewed again, and we will be reducing many (but not all) of them based on feedback and data collected so far. While this will reduce the impact on your mana by a moderate amount, the goal is still for mana to be significantly more important than it was previously.”

Players will be able to find Expedition Vendor Refresh Currencies more frequently, according to Wilson, and flask immunity will be buffed, while Molten Shells and Goatman Leap Slams will be nerfed, according to Wilson. He also explained why Expedition requires a total of 20 different currencies, citing the fact that each vendor requires a different mix of currencies.

“We believe that the gameplay advantages described above (as well as the ability to immediately stash them on the field) justify the number of currency items that are used by the league. Having said that, we understand what you're saying. In Path of Exile, there are far too many different kinds of splinters. When designing future releases, we'll keep this in mind."

He also provided a brief explanation of how Remnants functioned, which was apparently causing confusion among players.

When your chain of explosives reaches them, the remnants are detonated in a predetermined sequence. When one is detonated, the effects of the blast are felt by the monsters that were unearthed as well as by all subsequent blasts. This is one of the things you need to think about strategically when deciding where to put the explosives, and it is important to do so. When fighting monsters, you do not have to wait until all of the explosives have detonated.

The Expedition League, which was introduced late last month, will be completely overhauled in this week's Path of Exile update, which will include an exhaustive buy poe orbs list of changes. The addition of level 86 Expedition Vendor items, as well as minor tweaks to each of the League Vendors Dannig, Rog, Tujin, and Gwennen, are noteworthy additions to the game. Higher level Expedition Bosses will also drop more in-game and vendor reroll currencies, as well as a greater variety of loot, depending on how many Remnants are affecting them at any given time.

Several mobs' long-range skills will have their cast range reduced as a result of the update, which will also include new crafting bench recipes for removing Enchantments from an item and adding Enchantments to a flask, as well as other game improvements and bug fixes.
