I've come up with a method to get the most value of the Runecrafting Guild Tele Tabs. These tabs tele players to the outer edge of each altar or to the guild inside the wizard tower. They can be combined with other Teles in order to make bank visits quick, but the majority of Teles require magic levels.

However, if you don't have access to these teleports, you'll have to walk the long distance back towards the bank to obtain more. This is the sad image I thought of. Banks are not necessary. If you don't have one, you can stock up on rc tabs and tablets for the altar of choice.
