Really, with these stats, you wont become a decent group for gwd or anything, except in a mass. For barrows I highly recommend getting 70 mage and range for a black salamander. Everything you do to the melee brothers is throw ice burst, then put angled to them and mage them together with the salamander for 2 strikes. Then you run behind the sarcophagus, burst again, and repeat. Kill ahrim and karil as you normally would. Inventory is runes, melee weapon (and shield if you want), spade, 3 ish pray pots, dhide for ahrim if you dont pray, and also the rest meals.
