The size of PTH standard container house is 6058mm*2438mm*2591mm, height is 2791mm/ 2991mm/3191mm. It adopts welded integrated frame with PU foaming insulated roof and all-welded integrated chassis. Based on traditional container, its profile material, drainage system and power system have great advantage, which lower the installation difficulty and save installation time. PTH adopts fully automatic production line such as robot welding, which can reduce the manual error and improve the uniformity of the weld seam. This efficient way can greatly accelerate the production speed and provide strong technical support for the “seven-day delivery” of the standard container.

1. Roof Bottom System

Container house uses integrated welding foaming roof, PU density: 45kg/sqm. Welding by robot reduces the manual error, the weld seam can be good-looking and uniform without shortage of welding. The overall spray line and roof foaming equipment can make more standardized products and double accelerate the production speed.

2. Wall System

Wall is combined of 14pcs wall panels. Standard is 75mmEPS sandwich panel, EPS density is 12kg/m3. Door, window, switch and socket are all pre-assembled on the wall panel. There are prefabricated quick plug on the wall panel, the panel position can be moved for random combination during installation.

3. Independent Drainage System

Independent drainage system includes the gutters on the roof and seepage hole in bottom wall panel groove. Four columns are equipped with rainwater pipes and corner fittings’ outfall. The water-falling mode is upgraded from free-falling water to column organized drainage. Meanwhile, the water seepage hole in the wall panel groove can effectively avoid rainwater infiltrating from the bottom.

3.1. Roof drainage channel’s widen design can prevent leakage due to excessive rain. Rainwater from the roof flows into the rainwater pipe through the roof drainage channel, and finally drains through the corner fittings outfall.

3.2. The bottom wall panel groove has water seepage holes. When the rainwater enters the wall panel groove along the wall surface, the small hole can allow the rainwater to be discharged in time to prevent water infiltration.

3.3. PU foaming integrated roof can effectively prevent the water leakage.
