Cambridge Who's Who Recognizes Julia L. Bertrand for Work in International Relations

In her doctoral studies at Georgetown University, Ms. Bertrand focuses on international relations and security studies. She has experience working as a programming homework help political analyst in Singapore and has honed her expertise in Southeast Asian affairs and United States policy on Southeast Asia. Ms. Bertrand serves as a liaison officer for the Georgetown Alumni Club in Singapore and has studied in America on a Fulbright fellowship.
