With all the top receivers off of the field, I think the Saints will look towards the future. With the cap crisis and with a major overhaul ahead, I think that the team might recognize the benefit of getting Howell to be a top receiver. In the past, The North Carolina QB was seen as the best passer in this class but there's no way he makes it to the team's selection in first round. It could be viewed as an unwelcome surprise, however this is one team in need of an effective leader at QB.
